Department of Restoration & Creative Image Design
The goal of this curriculum is to bring up competent visual specialists, who can lead the future of the visual culture.
Our main educational objective is to produce qualified video specialists that could lead the future video age. Not limited to producing professionals for the field of image restoration design, we aim to produce creative video specialists that can lead development of other industries and re-take off of contents-industry that is the core of new market in the emerging convergence contents-age.
Course Scope
1st-year :
Design modelling theories required for recreation of image restoration design will be learned through basic major and elective programs such as image editing, computer graphics, and fonts and color design.
2nd-year :
Specialized major programs such as miniature, anatomy, computer simulation, video effects, motion capture, special effects, computer animation, special makeup, digital rendering, and image restoration method analysis will be learned.
3rd-year :
Intensive course after major programs will provide internship with related industries and portfolio creation in order to educate future professionals with field application.

Expected image restoration design market of future is huge. Not only for existing video and video game sectors, but application sector of CG is becoming a very important momentum in creating new market of content convergence. State of the art CG technology created by video and video game sectors can be expanded into manufacturing(commercial design), architecture(modeling), clothing(virtual fitting), medical(body modelling, virtual practice), education, and commercials. The department is the first department of its kind in the country and is a specialized department that utilizes a high-quality complex video studio for fully digitalized courses and a cutting edge indoor movie studio for learning cutting edge technology.
